Privacy Policy

Information about personal data and your privacy when using Pezliv.

Sample document — not yet in effectThis is a draft prepared for Pezliv’s website preview. The operator, contact details, age requirements, data practices, and service processes must be confirmed before this document is published as an effective policy.

Draft prepared: October 15, 2026 · Effective date: to be confirmed

01. Scope and responsibility

This sample Privacy Policy describes a proposed framework for how Pezliv handles personal information in connection with its app and website. The final policy must identify the legal operator responsible for the information and accurately reflect the app’s implemented features and third-party integrations.

The sample categories below are not a verified inventory of Pezliv’s actual data collection. They must be checked against the app, its services, and its store disclosures before publication.

02. Information you provide and information from use

  • Account and profile information: details you provide when creating or maintaining an account, such as a sign-in identifier, display name, profile image, or biography, if those fields are used.
  • Interactions and content: content you submit through available features, including comments, messages, reactions, follows, or other activity associated with live entertainment.
  • Purchases: purchase confirmation and transaction information needed to provide virtual gifts and address billing issues. The final policy must confirm which information Pezliv receives from each store or payment provider.
  • Support and safety reports: information you choose to send when requesting help or reporting content or behavior.
  • Technical information: device, application, connection, and diagnostic information, but only to the extent actually collected by the app or its service providers.

Device permissions, including camera, microphone, photos, or notifications, should be requested only where needed for a feature. The final policy must identify the permissions used and explain the corresponding purpose. You can manage available permissions through your device settings.

03. Why information may be used

Where relevant to the features you use, information may be processed to provide accounts and live entertainment, deliver interactions and virtual gifts, respond to support requests, investigate reports, protect the service, diagnose technical problems, and comply with applicable obligations.

The final policy must identify the actual purpose for each data category and, where required, the legal basis for processing. Optional purposes requiring consent must be disclosed separately, and consent choices must be supported by the actual service.

04. Visibility and third parties

Information you choose to share in public areas, such as a profile or live room conversation, may be visible to other users. Consider what you share and use the privacy controls that are available.

Service providers may process information to support functions such as hosting, live streaming, payment processing, security, or support, only where those providers are actually used. The final policy must name or appropriately describe the relevant recipients and SDKs, the information shared, and the purpose of sharing.

Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with a valid legal obligation or protect the rights and safety of users. Any proposed advertising, data sale, tracking, or international transfer practices must be specifically verified and disclosed; this draft makes no claim that such practices occur or do not occur.

05. Retention and protection

Information should be kept only for as long as needed for the disclosed purposes, including applicable legal, security, and dispute-handling requirements. The final policy must provide actual retention periods or clear criteria, including what happens to account information, messages, reports, and transaction records after deletion.

The operator should describe the safeguards it implements to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security; users should protect their credentials and contact support about suspected unauthorized access.

06. Choices, privacy requests, and account deletion

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Where processing depends on consent, you may be able to withdraw that consent.

Use available account and device settings to manage your information and permissions. To request help, contact the developer using the finalized contact details. The operator may need to verify that a request comes from the relevant account holder.

Before publication: insert the actual in-app account-deletion path, a working external deletion-request method where required, response timelines, and any specific information retained for a lawful reason. Uninstalling an app is not itself an account-deletion request.

07. Age requirements

The service’s minimum age and any guardian-consent requirements must be confirmed before launch. If you believe information has been provided by a person who does not meet those requirements, notify the developer through the finalized contact channel so the matter can be reviewed.

08. Changes to this policy

The published policy should display its effective date and be updated when data practices change. Material changes should be communicated using an appropriate notice. The app’s privacy disclosures and this policy must remain consistent.
