01. About this agreement
Welcome to Pezliv. These sample terms describe the proposed rules for accessing our live music and entertainment services. “Pezliv,” “we,” and “our” refer to the operator identified on the About us page once its legal details have been confirmed.
Pezliv brings viewers together with boy and girl groups managed by our MCN talent network. Features may include live rooms, performer profiles, audience conversations, updates, and optional virtual gifts. Availability may vary by device, region, and app version.
02. Eligibility and your account
You must meet the age and eligibility requirements that apply to the service in your location. If parental or guardian consent is required, obtain it before using Pezliv. The operator must establish and disclose the minimum age before these terms take effect.
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and do not allow another person to use your account without authorization. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection to Pezliv or a performer. Notify the developer if you believe your account has been compromised.
03. Respectful use of the service
Help make live entertainment welcoming. Do not harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or deliberately deceive other people. Do not share unlawful content, private information without permission, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
Do not use Pezliv for fraud, spam, unauthorized advertising, malicious software, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass security or payment controls. Follow applicable laws and the community rules displayed in the app.
You can use available reporting and blocking features to address unwanted conduct. Reports may be reviewed as part of content moderation. Depending on the circumstances, access or content may be restricted to protect users or respond to violations.
04. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to share it. By submitting content, you grant Pezliv a non-exclusive permission to host, process, and display it to the extent necessary to operate the features you choose to use, subject to the final Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Pezliv branding, software, and service materials remain the property of their respective owners. Watching a performance does not grant permission to copy, redistribute, commercially exploit, or otherwise use it beyond the rights provided through the service.
05. Virtual gifts and in-app purchases
Pezliv is free to download. Virtual gifts are optional and are intended to show appreciation for live entertainment. Review the item description and displayed price before confirming a purchase.
On iOS, purchases are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Payment processing on other platforms must be confirmed in the final terms. Store payment terms and applicable consumer rights also apply.
Do not make purchases without the payment account holder’s permission. For billing issues or refund requests, follow the applicable store’s process and contact the developer where assistance is needed. Nothing in these terms excludes refund or cancellation rights required by law.
Before publication: confirm gift validity, redemption or transfer restrictions, refund handling, and Android billing arrangements.
06. Service changes and account restrictions
Features and content may change over time. Live sessions may end or be interrupted, and individual performers or performances may not always be available. We do not promise uninterrupted access or the permanent availability of particular content.
Access may be restricted where necessary to address misuse, security concerns, or legal obligations. Any final enforcement process should explain how users can contact the developer about a restriction. You may stop using Pezliv at any time; account and data deletion procedures are described in the final Privacy Policy.
07. Privacy, rights, and updates
Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled. Please review it alongside these terms.
Nothing in this agreement removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including applicable consumer protections. The operator’s governing law and dispute-resolution provisions must be specified before these terms take effect.
When these terms change, the effective date will be updated. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate notice. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may stop using the service, subject to any rights and obligations that continue under applicable law.
